The seat pad measures 245mm–285mm in width, 360mm in length, and 60mm in depth, while the backrest dimensions are 305mm in width, 880mm in length, and 60mm in depth.

The warranty covers metal parts for three years, plastic parts for one year, and upholstery for three months. User assembly is required, with instructions included. Tools needed include a 19mm socket wrench and an adjustable spanner or 19mm spanner.
Packaged securely, the boxed weight is 44.7kg, with dimensions of 545mm in width, 190mm in height, and 1150mm in length.

Order Confirmation:
When you place an order, we will initially pre-authorise your card to verify payment details, but no charge will be made at this stage. We will then contact our supplier to confirm the availability of your chosen product for immediate shipment. Once availability is confirmed, we will process the payment and prepare your order for dispatch. If there is any delay or the item is on backorder, we will cancel the pre-authorisation and contact you promptly with an update.
Order Delivery:
Provided your order is in stock and ready for dispatch, we will charge your card and ship your order within 5 working days. You will receive tracking details by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you have not received tracking information within 6 working days, please contact us at info@beactiveuk.co.uk, and we will assist you.
Damages:
Please inspect all items carefully upon delivery. If you notice any damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery. If damage is found after accepting, please email clear photos of the damaged item to info@beactiveuk.co.uk so we can initiate an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Orders cancelled after 48 hours from the time of purchase may incur additional fees. If your order has already been dispatched, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item. After notifying us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the product.
