Please note: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (London Time) on a business day (Monday–Friday) will begin processing the same day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM, or on weekends/public holidays, will begin processing the next business day.

Processing begins immediately once your order is placed.

Shipping times may be affected by public holidays, courier delays, or manufacturer schedules.
Incorrect shipping details or external issues may cause delays.
Regular shipping resumes immediately after holidays.
Change of Address
To update your delivery address, contact us by email within 24 hours of placing your order:

Order Cancellations
To cancel your order, contact us by email within 24 hours of placing it.
If the order has already shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for next steps.
Backorders
If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order:
We will notify you by email.
The unavailable item will be automatically canceled and refunded unless we hear from you within 2 business days (Mon–Fri).
Unexpected Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, unexpected delays may occur.
If your package is significantly delayed, contact us and we will assist you promptly.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged:
If the courier is present: Reject the parcel and notify us immediately.
If delivered in your absence: Contact us right away for instructions.
Taxes
Customers do not need to pay VAT (Value Added Tax) on purchases.
