Air Resistance That Responds to You
The flywheel uses air resistance that automatically adjusts to your intensity. The harder you pedal, the more resistance you create. You can also use the included damper to manually fine-tune airflow, simulating the feel of different terrain or bike gears.

The bike features a strong, welded black powder-coated aluminum frame with steel feet and integrated caster wheels for easy mobility. Both the saddle and handlebars are adjustable for a tailored fit. The seat-to-pedal range is approximately 790–1030 mm, and the crank length is 170 mm. It uses a polygroove belt drive system with a self-tensioning mechanism for smooth and low-maintenance performance. The Q Factor is 155 mm. It includes the onboard PM5 Performance Monitor, which requires two D cell batteries. The bike supports a maximum user weight of 136 kg. Order Confirmation:
When you place an order, we will initially pre-authorise your card to verify payment details, but no charge will be made at this stage. We will then contact our supplier to confirm the availability of your chosen product for immediate shipment. Once availability is confirmed, we will process the payment and prepare your order for dispatch. If there is any delay or the item is on backorder, we will cancel the pre-authorisation and contact you promptly with an update.
Order Delivery:
Provided your order is in stock and ready for dispatch, we will charge your card and ship your order within 5 working days. You will receive tracking details by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you have not received tracking information within 6 working days, please contact us at info@beactiveuk.co.uk, and we will assist you.
Damages:
Please inspect all items carefully upon delivery. If you notice any damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery. If damage is found after accepting, please email clear photos of the damaged item to info@beactiveuk.co.uk so we can initiate an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Orders cancelled after 48 hours from the time of purchase may incur additional fees. If your order has already been dispatched, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item. After notifying us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the product.
