Order Confirmation:
When you place an order, we will initially pre-authorise your card to verify payment details, but no charge will be made at this stage. We will then contact our supplier to confirm the availability of your chosen product for immediate shipment. Once availability is confirmed, we will process the payment and prepare your order for dispatch. If there is any delay or the item is on backorder, we will cancel the pre-authorisation and contact you promptly with an update.

Order Delivery:
Provided your order is in stock and ready for dispatch, we will charge your card and ship your order within 5 working days. You will receive tracking details by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you have not received tracking information within 6 working days, please contact us at info@beactiveuk.co.uk, and we will assist you.

Damages:
Please inspect all items carefully upon delivery. If you notice any damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery. If damage is found after accepting, please email clear photos of the damaged item to info@beactiveuk.co.uk so we can initiate an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:
Orders cancelled after 48 hours from the time of purchase may incur additional fees. If your order has already been dispatched, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item. After notifying us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the product.

To qualify for a refund:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase must be provided.

We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return. Please note, return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
