Online Orders

Shipping Charge will be calculated on the checkout page.

If you make a purchase online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Once you’ve informed us of your cancellation, you’ll have an additional 14 days to return the item.

To qualify for a refund:

• Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

• You must provide valid proof of purchase.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving either the returned item or proof of return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or you received the wrong product.

Lost Items
If your item is lost in transit, we will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
